'Ăn Cơm' the show premiered at the Adelaide Fringe 2025 and was awarded the best show in the Eats & Drinks category. Due to overwhelming participant feedback and popular demand, I have decided to take this show on the road. So whether it be a dinner party, a team building event or you simply have a case of FoMo, I can take this show directly to you.

'Ăn Cơm' the show is a degustation, a cooking class, and a captivating story telling of my family's escape from post-war Vietnam to Hong Kong, then Australia.
