Restaurant Partnership

I want to share my wines with the world but the world is vast and my wines are limited. So my vision is to have my wines represented in the six cities that have shaped my life to date. My aim is to allocate a maximum of 50% of wines to partner restaurants in each of these six cities. Together we can help fulfil the trilogy of happy living — fresh food, great wine and memorable companions. 

Hue (Vietnam)

I was born in a little wooden home in a tiny fishing village on the outskirts of Hue, where the Perfume River meets the sea. I left at the age of four, when my family escaped our beloved home by boat.

Hong Kong (China)

For five years my family endured the filth, violence and desperation of various overcrowded refugee camps. This nightmarish environment should have destroyed me but the strength of my parents' love and protection outshone all.

Adelaide (Australia)

The city that opened its heart and its arms and wrapped my family in a giant hug. The instant I set foot in Adelaide I knew my family was safe. This is my home and my love.

Los Angeles (USA)

I was the first member of the Huynh clan to ever attend university. As a gift my parents offered me a car but I negotiated a plane ticket instead.  LA was where I landed, LA was where I caught my travel bug and LA is the reason why I haven't stopped travelling since.

Arnhem (The Netherlands)

My family couldn't afford to support my new found travel bug, so I studied my backside off to win an international university scholarship. I chose Arhnem Business School where I met lifelong friends and found love for the first time.

London (UK)

London did to me what it does to everyone, it swallowed me up and stripped away all the layers. Here was where I discovered my true self. Here was also where I discovered the love of my life and mother of my children.

Hong Kong (Take Two)

In 2007 I returned to my beloved Hong Kong as an expat working with a Fortune 500 company. I volunteered as a mentor working with a group of young refugee orphans. For five years my wife and I enjoyed a vastly different experience than my previous experience between 1981 and 1986. Our eldest of four sons was born in this wonderful city in 2010.
