'Ăn cơm' or simply 'Eat rice’ means much more than the term suggests. In Vietnamese custom it is one of the highest honours to be asked to join someone's home to share a bowl of rice. Ghe's triology of wine can only be enjoyed at our cellar door with an 'Ăn cơm' invitation.
I want my visitors to experience the beautiful home welcome of Vietnamese hospitality and I want it to be affordable for all. So once an invitation is secured, you set the budget, you decide your style of experience and I will do the rest. Ranging from a fresh bowl of noodle salad to a family style shared meal or even a seven-course degustation, I will craft your experience with ingredients from our home gardens and locally sourced produce.
Here is the catch! Each year we cap our 'Ăn cơm' invitations to 86 visits only. This is in dedication to the year 1986 when Australia opened its arms to my parents and me. This also gives me a work-life balance with my own young family.
Join us to experience the hospitality and fulfil the Triology of Life in fresh food, great wine and memorable companionship.
